EMCO POWERMILL

Complex milling and turning operations are possible in one setup with the Powermill variant of the Emco Hyperturn.  The direct drive milling spindle with a tool magazine for 40 to 200 tools lets you run complex programs with ease. A lower tool system with Y-axis is also available to further increase productivity and flexibility.

EMCO HYPERTURN

The Hyperturn machine is all about hyper productivity.  A variety of standard layouts and equally powerful main and counter spindles make it easy to optimize production on these machines.  Up to three 12 station turrets make sure you never run out of tools to complete the job.

EMCO MAXXTURN

The maxxturn machines are an economical way to get standardized complete machining into your shop.  Available in a variety of sizes and has a counter spindle and Y-Axis option.  Live tooling is standard and the turret can be either VDI or BMT.

EMCO VERTICAL VT

The Emco Vertical Turning center fits heavy duty machining into a small package.  With a built in conveyor system and autoloading spindle, jobs can be completed more quickly.  Having the tools cut from below also greatly increases chip evacuation and improves cutting performance.

The Emco Umill series of machines are designed for simultaneous 5-axis machining.  There are 4 available machines sizes from 630mm up to 1800mm.

EMCO MAXXMILL

The EMCO MAXXMILL Platform is built for 4+1-axis and 5-sided Machining. A compact machine with the larger size having a 750 x 600 mm rotary table and up to 15,000 rpm spindle.

EMCOMILL

EMCOMILL is a 3-axis vertical machining center capable of taking on challenging CNC milling applications at an affordable price.  The machine takes advantage of a Solid Fixed table to handle larger loads than traditional verticals. A high-performance milling spindle and up to 60 tools give the EMCOMILL a great price-performance value.
