HYDROMAT EPIC SERIES MACHINES

The Hydromat Epic series of machine is a productivity beast. With either 12 or 16 horizontal stations to split up the cutting operations between, even complex parts can be produced in a matter of seconds. These units are very flexible with multiple spindle configurations for different operations as well as the ability to run double or triple production if the part requires fewer than half the total available stations. Bar stock up to 1.75" or precut stock up to 4" cubes can be run on these units.

ECLIPSE 12-100 MACHINE

The Eclipse 12-100 is a redesign of the classic Hydromat rotary transfer machine concept. A larger casting allows for each of the 12 spindle units to have at least 3-axis cutting capabilities as standard. Increased spindle unit size allows for increased rigidity in every cut further expanding what parts can be mass produced. Up to 100mm parts can be chucked as standard.

ICON MILLING AND TURNING MACHINES

A different approach to productivity and flexibility from the other machines in Hydromats offerings, these machines are built to take on bigger parts. From 2" to 8" cube parts, the Icon uses 4 cutting stations and an integrated pallet changer to machine all 5 sides of a part. Each station can have both a horiztonal and vertical cutting unit and each unit comes equipped with a 10 tool tool-changer. The load and unload station can be further automated with a robot if required.

LSA 8-200 TRUNION MACHINE

The LSA Trunion Machine can be equiped with custom workholding or a standard 2 jaw centering chuck for a variety of parts. These machines have up to 6 cutting stations with up to 10 Horizontal units. There is also a dedication station for gaging or other special requirements for parts or castings.
