Yama Seiki offers a full line of machine tools.  They are a supplier of machines to many other builders and provide an array of very reliable equipment.  Gantry and bridge mills are their specialty along with box-way vertical machining centers and CNC lathes.

MULTI-AXIS TURNING

Yama Seiki makes a variety of high performance specialty lathes.  Configurations range from parallel twin spindle turning centers to 5-axis milling and turning machines.

VERTICAL TURNING

Vertical turning centers are available for all ranges of part sizes. Machines range from 650mm max diameter all the way up to 8,000mms. Specialize in speedy production or high rigidity for the toughest materials.

HORIZONTAL TURNING

Horizontal lathes built around productivity at an affordable price.  Y-axis, live tooling, and sub spindles available on most models.

VERTICAL MILLING

Box way and linear guide machines allow Yama Seiki to offer the right solution for your machining needs.  Rigid box way machines can take on tough cuts in even tougher materials without skipping a beat.  Linear guide machines allow quicker movements for dynamic milling.

PRODUCTION BRIDGE/GANTRY MILLING

Yama Seiki's specialty is their large production machining centers. Strong Spindles with high rigidity structures allow for large parts to machined accurately and effectively.  Yama Seiki has a number of different machine models to match your application from high speed bridge machines to large travel Gantry machines.

5 FACE BRIDGE/GANTRY MILLING

Machine large parts with less setups on a 5 face or 5-axis bridge machine. Many of the same model machines from Yama Seiki's production machining category can be fitted with different milling heads for a more flexible machine.
